Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

  • Early Check-In: Subject to availability. Guests arriving before 14:00 may request early check-in; however, this cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

  • Late Check-Out: May be available upon request and is also subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The Cullinan Hotel has established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all our guests and event organizers.

For Individual Room Reservations:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night room charge.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay.

Note: Special packages, group bookings, or discounted rates may carry different terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific conditions.

For Event Venue Bookings (Weddings, Conferences, etc.):

Standard Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation 60+ days before event: Full refund of deposit (less a 5% administrative fee).

  • Cancellation 30–59 days before event: 50% of deposit is refundable.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable, and up to 50% of the estimated event total may be charged.

  • Cancellation within 7 days of event: 100% of the total estimated cost will be billed.

Postponements:

  • Postponement requests will be accommodated based on availability.

  • The original deposit may be transferred to the new date if rescheduled within 3 months.

Force Majeure:

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted at management’s discretion.
